how to wear contact lens

yeah..
i got contact lens yesterday...
At that time ,i'm very excited...
But i'm trying to wear contact lens....
Wah,it very hard...
My eyes was red..
I'm so scared,and can feel that got a layer at my eyes..very uncomfortable..
Why can like that???hallo,people who got wear cantact lens can tell me why can like that??when first time wear,isn't got a layer at there??

I'm very scared nia...if i cannot see anymore leh?
